Airport personnel are using manual procedures to process passenger check-in at the airport and boarding as quickly as possible, but we are experiencing delays throughout our system due to the manual process. We apologize for the disruption to your travel plans, and will work to get you on your way as quickly as possible.
If you are traveling today, please arrive at the airport early and allow additional time for check-in. If there are changes to your flight schedule we will email affected passengers directly.
Passengers already at the airport will be informed of delays or schedule changes and accommodated accordingly by our customer service agents. The outage has also affected the text-alert system. We are working to communicate changes to passengers by any available channel.
For Customers Traveling Tomorrow
At this time, all flights tomorrow will operate as schedule. Please check back later today for online check-in. If there are changes to tomorrow’s flight schedule, we will email affected passengers directly.
